Well i took my truck to the quick lube for a oil change, and after that my truck was blowing blue smoke so bad you couldn't see behind the truck. So I took over to service shop to look at a battery that I recently purchased and it turned out to be defective. Service replaced the battery and I had to come back the next day and have them figure out why it was smoking so bad, it turned out quick lube over filled oil way to much. So service changed oil again and now I have to hope there's no damage to seals or engine components. Ron in service department was helpful but quick lube is very unprofessional! And this isn't the first time I have had issues with them.

They checked my cabin filter and said it should be replaced at my next oil change. When I got into my car to leave the filter and my glove box were both on the floor so I had to go back inside to have them put it back together. Also, I had my tires rotated and you would think that they would check the air pressure when doing that. All of my tires are reading a different amount of pressure and none of them are at the recommended amount.

Until Wednesday the 29th, when I talked with Ron, I felt like I was getting the runaround. Whenever I called I ended up talking to a different person. Each person told me something different. I had to rent a car so that I could go to work. I work every weekend graveyard shift. Until I talked with Ron yesterday I had no idea what was going to happen. Once he got involved, I got my truck back the same day. I definitely have been thinking of doing business with a different dealer.

quick service, my only issue is that my husband asked them to look at a rubber piece in the rear driver's side wheel well which keeps coming loose. The tech said that since it's in place now, I'd have to come back when it's out. He could have looked at it to see why it keeps coming loose.

I have to give Ron Simonet credit for hopefully taking care of my transmission. I actually reported this problem about two weeks after I got the vehicle in September. I reached out to Cody, my salesman and he told me the Enclave had to get used to my driving! Really??? So, I drove it for , another month, same problem. Reached out again and supposedly set up an appointment for the following week. Drove an hour and a half only to find out I didn't have an appointment. Marsha Schwaller was nice enough to scan it for problem. She said she couldn't find anything, but I still had the problem. She also told me to drive it some and maybe it would get better! So... I drove it for another month took it to a certified dealer in Kaukauna. They gave me fuel cleaner, told me to give it at least two full tanks of gas, still no luck!! I knew I had an oil change coming up, so I waited to ask about it again. Because I had driven so far, Ron was nice enough to luck into it for me. Hopefully this will take care of it, but since I had this problem from the day I got it, I would think the problem should have been taken care of before you released it for sale. I don't feel I should have had to pay the $469.85 to take care of something that should not have been an issue in the first place!!

From the beginning there was a great lack of communication. When I made the first call requesting service, the person who made the appointment asked many detailed questions about what was wrong with the car. She seemed to be typing and including it in some sort of report. Then the next day someone calls to begin the service and asks why the car is in…not acknowledging any sort of information that was painstakingly given the afternoon before. Communication during the diagnostic was sporadic and incomplete. Finally the cause was determined, a quote for $1092 was given, and we were told the car would be ready the next morning for pickup but they would call us. They did not. We finally called at noon and were told the car was almost finished and would be ready by 4pm or they would call us. They did not call so we arrived at 4:30 to pick up the car and it STILL was not ready. They said they just had to “bring it around” but we should wait in the lounge. I wait d a half hour. Nothing. No one came to explain the hold up. When I inquired I was told he was “finishing his notes.” It took another 10 minutes. After expressing my huge frustration and mistrust that the issue was truly addressed, I was given a $100 discount but my total was $1319, $200 over what they told me it would cost. We have purchased several cars from Sheboygan Chevrolet and had them all serviced there. This was the most frustrating interaction we have ever had.

First let me say that Sheboygan Chevrolet is the only place in many years, over 20, where I shop and get service. So to have to say I was a little disappointed is upsetting When I pulled in for an oil change and tire rotation I was not worried. I expressed with the man who greeted me that the front driver side tire is reading low even after adding air. He said he would check it out. He then noticed that my rear window wiper had a tear in it and I said to replace it. I waited the normal amount of time. When I was called to the desk, I was surprised that the technician had not come to explain anything to me about the tire and if they found any issues. There’s nothing mentioned in my report either. I guess a rotation was done. The receptionist had to go ask for me. She came back to say he didn’t have any information other than if it was a sensor the dealership could take a look. My next question about the rear wiper wasn’t addressed either. Again the receptionist had to go ask. Apparently that wiper is not in stock there or at the dealership but there was no mention of it. My service experiences at Sheboygan Chevy have always included sharing and discussion over my vehicle. I’m very disappointed and hope this is not now the norm.

Aaron did an excellent job of 'reading the progress' of my purchasing commitment (I knew which GMC product I wanted when I arrived and was anxious not to spend the entire evening at the dealership). While covering all of the key features of the vehicle and taking me for a test drive, he kept the transaction moving without needless and ineffective 'overselling', etc. Aaron and I made a Saturday appointment to set up my tech (which worked well for me / I very much appreciate his willingness to help and flexibility in schedule to meet again). Brought my vehicle in a 7:30 am to get it service, they said it would be ready by 5:00 pm, when I got there only some of my service items we completed and I was told I need to come back another time to complete it. I live an hour a way and don’t come to the area often, but kept coming back to get my truck service here as I have had good experiences in the past. This time they really dropped the ball and now it will be a big inconvenience for me if I want to come back to complete the other service items. I asked for discount give the situation, which I am hoping they are willing to do to the help with this inconvenience. It was also mentioned they would call me the day after to schedule another appointment and I didn’t hear anything from them on that day. Overall, this was a negative experience and makes me consider taking my truck to get serviced / when the time comes look for my next truck elsewhere.

I ended up paying for my first oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection on my new 2024 Equinox. I had the car in storage for the winter and went past the year anniversary, it is on record that I called the Dealership, and it was ok providing that I got the car in when I brought it out of Storage. I explained this to the Service Advisor, and he did see this in the computer. The Service Manager was in a meeting and in order to leave, I had to pay, the Service Advisor would follow-up for a decision from the Service Manager. I got a text saying this was being looked into, and so far, no word. I am surprised that you allow 2 customer loses over a service that shouldn't have been questioned. After an hour and a half for the service and paying for something that should have been a no charge, I am done with this B.S. with Sheboygan Chevrolet! It should not take this long to make a decision. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had come in for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation, which was to be covered under my certified GMC warranty (it was my 2nd out of 2 free oil changes). My first (minor) complaint was that as we were going over the paperwork for the service and getting ready to "check out", Mike asked for the $90ish payment. Luckily he didn't fight me at all on going in and changing my amount owed back to zero dollars. My other interactions with him were professional, as well. No complaints. The only other thing that disappointed me was when I brought up the fact that I was having issues with my tailgate --- which he let me show him exactly how it was malfunctioning --- the only thing he could say was "yeah, so that would be something the 'other side' would have to look at..." as he pointed over to the other part of the service department/building. It's probably partially my fault for not pursing it further, like at the time of "check out", but my main concern is having to pay for anything at this time. We're tight on cash & we may just have to put up with the malfunctioning tail gate for longer than we'd like...

Unpleased with the experience with the quick lube. Starting with the online trying to schedule, no prices listed for the services just pick a package . Then having to get out of the vehicle, I walk with a cane currently. Waste of time for them to come into the "lounge" to show something needs to be replaced. The alignment simulator can be shoved were the sun doesn't shine. One time it's bad next time it corrects itself. Do you need more?

I was billed $106.86 for the oil change, no rotate. I asked if I rotated my tires what would the cost be? Another $5 dollars. I had a $89.99 coupon and an email stating $89.99. I was told the cost was $106.86. rather than arguing in front of the other customers I paid 106.86. don't send mailings and emails stating one price and charge another. My tire pressure readings upon arrive on all 4 tires 32psi according to my dashboard indicator. when I left the dealership and checked pressures, I had 1 tire at 35psi and the other 3 at 31psi. Did the oil change technician only fill 1 tire? The experience makes you question the integrity of the service completed on my truck.

I appreciated her knowledge of the K& N air filter I had been using. The oil change and tire rotation was completed quickly and my vehicle was brought back to me after a courtesy wash. Depends. The service team did a great job of fixing the issue. The problem is there shouldn't be these issues with a vehicle that has 40,000 miles. I've leased 10 Toyotas at 3 years and 45K miles. Never once had a problem. I'm over $2K into the GMC Sierra since the warranty expired.

Had the truck in for a misfire, told me the motor was bad, $12,000 for the new motor, got the truck back and still had the same issue. Just brought it back to be rechecked. Also was told that they would be replacing just about everything, and not using parts from the bad motor, which was untrue, if I would have known they were just going to swap out the other parts, I would have had at least a new water pump put in to be on the save side

I originally called to just have a tech help get my stuck open sunroof closed. And then my plan was to schedule a service appt to make the repairs. I didn't mean to cut in the appointment line, but rain was coming and I do not have a garage. They had me come in right away, but were unable to get it closed. They kept it indoors overnight so they could do a thorough inspection of the problem. Once they did that they realized some things needed replacing. They called right away to explain what was happening and to get me in a loaner vehicle. Parts were ordered on Wednesday, the sunroof was repaired and I picked up my vehicle the following Monday. It was pretty seamless considering I called to just get help getting it closed so I could schedule a repair appointment. Marsha Schwaller was my service advisor. I have had her in the past and she is amazing! She comes highly recommended from me!

As much as I hate the emissions testing requirement, the process went as well as possible. The line and the long wait are the irritating part. After that was over, the process is quick and professional. Following my emission test, I swung around for an oil change and tire rotate. My advisor Heather did a great job of assessing what I needed and got the ball rolling. Afterword she went over what was done and suggested some needed service. The whole process was 20-25 minutes, and I was on my way. Thanks to the service team for the good experience. Patrick.

I may be to critical but I use to represent oil products companies and set up quick lubes and train their staff. Appearances means everything especially to female customers. beards and hair aren't an issue as long as they are kept clean and neat. Cloths should be clean changes during the day if needed. When your staff is working on cars and trucks that now can cost 75 to 90 thousand dollars a level of proffesionalism is needed.

Part of the oil change is to check tires and fill them with air. The paperwork stated my tires had 35 psi each. The gauge in my car did not reflect that. I brought the car back about 5 minutes before closing. All of the workers were sitting in the lounge. A young man came out and I explained why I returned. He advised me that sometimes sensors take time to adjust readings. I told him no my car changes as soon as air is added. He continued to advise me that they did put air in my tires. He finally told me to pull the car into a bay. When he went to put the tire air compressor on, he realized he was wrong. Yes he apologized to me but I felt like he was telling me I didn't know the car I owned for 11 years because I was a woman. Instead of arguing with me, he should have just checked and confirmed that it was done. Kind of makes me wonder what other steps they skipped in the normal maintenance included in the $86 oil change and the car inspection.

When I went to redeem it, I was informed that I needed to have Mobile 1 oil instead of the Dexros oil that the service tech used. They agreed to give me $20 off. They said the synthetic Mobil 1oil also cost more. Not to pleased that I didn't get the full $30 off. It would be nice that when you pull in that they ask of you have any service coupons that you plan to use for the services requested.

I came in to get my key fob checked, was informed that key fob was bad, needed to be replaced, also Chevy found a leak near my water pump, after I decided to not complete the service due to my car warranty not covering the key fob, and leak, I next rescheduled to have to work done for next Friday, after I left and drove my car home, my check engine light came on magic. When I first brought the car the car in, nothing was wrong with my engine, I next follow ed up with the sales manager to consider buying a car, Eden informed me that he would call me back and he never did. Poor customer service.

Compressor failed so they couldn’t put air in and rotate tires. Had to go to other shops for oil. I was there over and hour and still have to come back tomorrow to get tires rotated and air. And they did not put a sticker in the car. That being said I paid $111.00 and still inconvenienced to come back tomorrow. Could have discounted price or offered discount for a future oil change.

Everything seemed to go well, the keys work, oil change was done, etc. However, someone made a huge mistake on the tire rotation. The front drivers side wheel was never tightened. In a short amount of time, the wheel began to shake a make a lot of noise. None of the lug nuts were tightened down. I could rotate every one of them with my fingers. What if the wheel fell off when my daughter was driving on the highway??!! It could have caused a crash that could kill her at freeway speeds!!! I hope you somehow come up with a way to remedy this. This is unacceptable.

Then back in the shop again and was told rusted part was hanging down upside down and not functioning. Cost another $350,00 to fix! One would think that they could have found a rusted part hanging from the vehicle the first time. Disgusted that vehicle was back for more repairs. Being fixed for 4 days! Frustrated! Also use to get discount coupons from GM for repairs. Have not received any for quite some time!

My partner and I made an appointment to come in and test drive a used Terrain as a potential starter car for our soon to be 16 year old son. Kelly stepped in to assist as soon as we arrived and we honestly had the best experience from start to finish. She asked the right questions, pulled up all of the car details for us, reviewed everything in detail, and then took us outside to do a very detailed walk through of the vehicle before we took it for a test drive. Due to time restraints, we did need to leave and come back later in the day to purchase, but Kelly was great at getting all of the purchase information set up ahead of time and had the car ready and waiting for us. While completing the purchase, my partner suggested looking at a new vehicle for me (a 2026 Terrain), and Kelly was critical in helping me make the decision to purchase that vehicle as well. She walked us through all of the options available, asked questions on the must haves for me, offered suggestions, and allowed us to test drive without pressure. We were pleased with the offer we received on our trade in (a 2020 4Runner), so we decided to pull the trigger, again, all with Kelly’s help and guidance. Kelly, along with the finance teams help, allowed us to complete all the necessary paperwork online prior to delivery, which was a pretty seamless process. When I came back to pick up the new vehicle later in the week, Kelly made sure she was available to do a full detailed review, since there is a lot of new technology in the car that I didn’t have previously and because this was my first GMC. I am absolutely in love with my new car, as is my son with his, and I’ve already started recommending Kelly to a few friends and family members who I know are potentially looking. Huge shoutout to the whole team at Sheboygan Chevy, but most especially Kelly!

The service advisor were amazing and super nice. Not to mention that I also was provided with status updates when my vehicle was in for service. I would like to shout out Ron who had helped me get my batting bag from my car which meant him climbing into my car in the back seat to get the bag from the trunk due to the battery being disconnected. The service department provides great service and I would recommend anyone to go there and I will definitely will be bring my vehicle back. The one thing that I didn’t like was when I called into the service department and got the call center the lady I had talked to was not very pleasant and to me seemed very snippy when I asked for a shuttle ride to the dealership. Her comment about if I had seen my service advisor text message about my car not being done. To me it was not needed but also I obviously had a reason into why I was needing the shuttle back and she had asked why. Other then that 10 out of 10 I am definitely bring my vehicle back for service

Visit initially started out fine. It started to go down hill once vehicle service was done. I wasn't informed that my truck was done. Once I paid for the service, I went out to leave and I had a tire monitoring system malfunction error on my dash. I looked at all my paperwork and did not see anything for any malfunction error on the receipt or checklist. I went back in and informed the service personnel that I had this error on my dash. Service person came out to look and on the way out said this is a common issue on trucks with 70-80 thousand miles on it. My truck has 22,000 miles on it. After looking at it, he went back in to look at the paperwork. On their paperwork, there was a line stating there was a tire monitor malfunction. (Again, this was not on my paperwork) Service person then inquired about it with the tech that worked on my truck. They informed him that once the tires were rotated, they could not reprogram them to the correct position. Another service person told him to rescan the tires to see if there was an issue. He rescanned and the tire locations updated just fine. A 45 minute oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours after getting the tire monitor system back up and running. My complaint is the fact that I was not informed of any issues and had to find out there was a problem on my own once the truck was done. This has now been my second bad experience in a row with the service department. I used to look forward to servicing my vehicles here, now cringe every time I need something done because of past issues.

We are long term customers. We had an engine replaced by Parsons in Eagle River which needed rework. When we brought the vehicle in we were told that the repairs would not be covered under the warranty. Ultimately it was covered by warranty. However, I had to work with Parsons who then contacted Sheb Chev. This took my time and created some stress. Maybe we did something wrong but I would have expected that Sheb Chev would have understood this was covered by the warranty.

Scheduled an 8:00 a.m. first oil change for my new vehicle plus had a few questions which were answered. Although 2 of those questions did not get handled. 1. Phone charger inside vehicle console. 2. Vehicle update. I was contacted midmorning that phone charger could not be further reviewed without making another appointment. I indicated that leaving the vehicle there all day for a 4:40/5:00 pick that possibly a technician would have a minute to check. I also asked if they had experienced this type of problem with any other vehicles recently. The answer I got was to schedule another appointment for that particular problem to be looked at. Regarding the update - I have tried multiple times at home since that appointment and vehicle system indicates "unsuccessful update" see your Dealer.

Took my vehicle to the quick lube. They told me the checked the tire pressure and topped them off. When I left my tire pressure was 19. It should be 32. I should have turned around and took it back but I was in a rush. No my tire pressure is 13. Took the truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, also told them about a squeaking, crunching noise coming from the front drivers side tire/suspension. (This is the second time we have had it in for an oil change and asked about the same noise.) Dealership told us they had a technician look for the issue and found nothing. We talked with them about it and explained that something is definitely wrong but with it being rainy and snowy outside the noise may be muffled by road noise. We were told that there is nothing wrong and it may just be that we need new tires. (This is definitely not a bald tire noise.) After finding nothing wrong with the truck we were charged for the diagnostic work (over $150.) I have a difficult time paying for someone to tell me that nothing is wrong with the truck when it didn't make this noise 3 years ago when we bought it from you. Additionally, as previously stated it was rainy and snowy that day. When I got in and started up the truck the windshield wipers were left on so they had to trudge through the packed snow on the windshield. I would recommend telling the workers to be sure to turn off the customers windshield wipers or you will be responsible for replacing them when they get torn.

I have been needing a different car for some time but couldn't get myself to do it. My daughter, Rachel, took the reins and sent me links to various vehicles. Because of some limitations I am currently struggling with, none of the vehicles she sent me had all the options I wanted/needed. She then sent me the link to this Trailblazer. To not offend her, I agreed to look at this vehicle before looking at the other used vehicles she found. I called the dealership and talked to Mary. She honestly set my mind at ease--I started looking forward to seeing this car. I wanted my daughter to test drive it for me. She refused. During that drive, the Lord revealed to me that was my car. I could turn it on without using my mini pliers, I could shift it into gear without using both hands, and I could easily steer it without using my spinner. Later I found I could lift the back without pulling on a strap I installed, I could open the cover to the gas cap without a screwdriver, and open the gas cap without an adapter. My hands are usually cold. I don't wear gloves at times because they are difficult to get on and do things with them on. The heated steering wheel is so nice!! Driving with my baby niece, the blind spot detector and lane assist make me feel safer driving on I-41 in the Neenah/Appleton area. The traffic there is often congested. John was patient and helpful. He then spent quite a bit of time in my car the next day helping us get my phone connected. I'm still trying to figure out how things work! I have found videos on my Chevrolet app but wish there were codes to scan in the manual or on a separate sheet linking to how-to-videos with a real person demonstrating the different options. Mary assured me the dealership had integrity. I felt that with John and the other staff I observed. I am thankful for the help in making such a big decision that needed to be done. Side note: I went to Walmart the other day. It was so crowded I could not park in the area I usually park. I had trouble finding my vehicle because it is so new to me! I wish I would have gotten more for a trade in, but someday that Saturn will be a blessing to someone. I recently put thousands of dollars into in, so it should be! Thank you again. My sister has memory issues. I try to intercept the mail, but her constant male companion likes to help her with the mail. Consequently I did not get the letter with this survey. Now that I have a safe and reliable car, I will be heading to my future in my own home with my own mailbox. Heidi Huntington

Fast service and the only suggestion I have is that if the customer asks if there is a loaner car available, they need the car when their vehicle gets towed in for service, not the day the vehicle as actually going to be looked at. When service is backed up by several days, this caused me to run around to try to find alternate transportation and I asked if a loaner was available, assuming it would be available when my truck was towed to the dealership.

Greg was my sales representative and he was thorough on all aspects of our sale. Upon picking up the truck Greg went through the controls and wanted to make sure we understood everything. I do have an issue with the steering wheel not being centered while driving straight down the road. This could be an indication of a wheel alignment issue. And it just doesn't look right when driving the truck. This is something I would like corrected.

Always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Purchasing a new tire was certainly not in my budget but I'm glad that I stopped by to have air put in my tires because I did NOT know that there was a screw embedded in my tire so close to the rim that I had to purchase a new tire. Had I not stopped by yesterday (Thursday) I would not have known about the screw and then just maybe this could have been a worse story down the road in a few weeks. Thank you to the guys who worked on my vehicle. Always a great job.
